Do you deliver? What’s your delivery range?
Yes, we deliver! We deliver to the following areas: Lewiston, Clarkston, Moscow, Pullman. Deliveries include a service charge and staffing charge. Any deliveries outside these areas may be delivered with an attached mileage fee. Small rentals must be picked up at our shop at 1021 Bryden Avenue in Lewiston.
Delivery is available Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 3:00pm. Rental delivery covers “drop off curbside” only and items must be clean, dry, stacked, and ready for pick up in one designated area. Any further Rental Set Up or Tear Down will be charged at a higher labor fee. Talk to your coordinator for details.
Can I pick up my rentals?
Yes! You are welcome to pick up your rental items. If you are collecting a large order—such as chairs, tables, or glassware—please plan ahead to ensure a smooth pickup:
Bring Help: Have at least one other person to assist with loading.
Vehicle/Trailer Size: Make sure your vehicle or trailer is large enough to safely transport all items.
Tie-Down Straps: Bring straps or bungee cords to secure your load.
Best Option: A trailer with a ramp makes loading and unloading much easier.
*Pick up option saves you from the service charge and labor fee.
When can I get my rentals?
Rentals may be picked up/delivered one (1) day before the event during which they will be used and are to be returned/picked up on the next business day after which the event took place, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
A charge of 100% of the rental subtotal will be assessed for each subsequent day the items have not been returned, unless other arrangements have been made and approved. All rentals are subject to charge once they leave the store, whether used or not.
When is my balance due?
To hold items, a non-refundable 20% down payment amount is required to make any reservation on any rental orders over $1000 and $200 non- refundable down payment for any rental orders under $1000. All rental contracts are to be paid in full before delivery or pick up from our shop. Weekend rental contracts will be paid in full by the Friday preceding your event.
What are your cleaning, damage, and replacement policies?
Client assumes full responsibility for equipment’s security and protection. All items are to be returned in the original packaging, clean, and in the same condition in which they were sent. Damaged or missing rental items will incur a charge for the full replacement cost, plus a service fee.
Any dishes, silverware, pans or linens, do not need to be cleaned. Items requiring excessive cleaning will be charged a $20 per hour fee to return the item to its original condition.
