Do you deliver? What’s your delivery range?
We offer free in-town delivery for contracts over $250. Smaller events must be picked up at our shop at 1021 Bryden Avenue in Lewiston. Out-of-town events may be delivered for a fee. Please contact us for more information.
When can I get my rentals?
Rentals may be picked up/delivered one (1) day before the event during which they will be used and are to be returned/picked up on the next business day after which the event took place.
A charge of 35% of the rental subtotal will be assessed for each subsequent day the items have not been returned, unless other arrangements have been made and approved.
When is my balance due?
All rental contracts are to be paid in full before delivery or at the time you pick up your rentals from our shop. Weekend rental contracts will be paid in full by the Friday preceding your event.
What are your cleaning, damage, and replacement policies?
All items are to be returned in the original packaging, clean, and in the same condition in which they were sent.
Items requiring excessive cleaning will be charged a $20 per hour fee to return the item to its original condition.
Damaged or missing rental items will incur a charge for the full replacement cost, plus a service fee.
